1. Scope of Services

BMD Computing provides managed IT support, custom web development, database/system architecture development, cybersecurity administration, cloud migrations, and audio-visual installations. Services are provided on a contract or project basis and are detailed in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) signed with clients.

2. Use of Services & Website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services to:

• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or run unauthorized network vulnerability testing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our internal development servers or customer environments.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of BMD Computing or our clients.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

All IT support response times, network uptime metrics, system development guarantees, and hardware maintenance schedules are governed exclusively by the physical SLA or SOW signed between BMD Computing and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding warranty of system performance or availability.

4. Intellectual Property

The code, graphics, branding, and copy displayed on this website are the property of BMD Computing. For custom software builds and website developments, intellectual property rights and code handovers are transferrable to the client upon full payment of the project fees, as outlined in the client contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, BMD Computing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, server downtime, security breaches, or system failures, except as explicitly outlined in a signed SLA.

6. Termination & Contact
